In partnership with The Nest Health Centre, this brand new 6-week childbirth series is designed to provide a solid baseline of education for expectant parents. Each class will focus on practical information and hands-on skills you can benefit from during birth and postpartum. Information in this course is provided by our community of birthing, mental health, and allied health professionals. This class is not a replacement for medical advice or primary health care.
