Join us for our new drop-in Connect & Play group in collaboration with the I Love You More Wellness Centre. We are located in the lower level of the River Heights Mall. You are welcome to join us at any time during drop-in hours 9:30-12:30pm.

If you are looking to connect with other parents, have questions about local parenting and mental health resources, or simply want to meet our facilitators prior to utilizing our services, this free drop-in group is for you!

Our goal during this group is to:
- connect you with other parents in the community
- offer an opportunity to meet our facilitators in an informal environment
- provide a safe space that honours your parenting journey and meets you where you are
- provide educational opportunities and community resources for you and your family
- answer any questions you may have
